Today was my first Father’s Day. Marsha and Warren did an excellent job. Warren’s oxygen support continues to get less and less. He is handling the food regiment they have him on, except that his sodium and potassium levels dropped last night, so they reinserted an IV……Come to think of it, I probably forgot to tell you that all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday the only tube stuck on Warren was his feeding tube down his mouth (and the oxygen in his nose).

Here are a couple of photos from yesterday. Warren really likes to have his hands above or on his face. They are not the best quality, but it is really cute to see him sleeping or laying around with his hands all over the place.

The other picture is me playing the role of “cookie delivery boy” for the nurses. Marsha’s Aunt Ginny owns a Specialty Bakery in Texas and sent two huge boxes of cookies for the nurses and doctors. They were very tasty and much appreciated.
